September Wishlist

Hello everyone! Another wishlist this month, but I would say this one is a little bit more homeward-based than usual.

Sam and I are trying to re-jig our bedroom around and make it a bit cosier now that it's getting colder outside. I've been looking all over the place for a new duvet set and this stripey one from Zara Home had the Andy-Pandy factor I was after. The stone colour throw is from Homebase, and would be perfect for that extra layer of cosiness.

I've also been planning a halloween party for work this month (which you will hear more about later on-- expect DIYS to follow), and so this pumpkin-print mug from Emma Bridgewater is right up my alley at the moment. It's limited edition and I desperately want it.

The copper 'S' is a perennial favourite from Oliver Bonas. It has been coming in and out of stock for months, and if I had a fireplace to put it on I would have bloody bought it already by now.

Fashion-wise, I'm taking a turn for the toasty right now. Having just come out the other side of a terrible cold, I am so ready for woolly jumpers. There was an amazing monochrome jumper from Zara I had my eye on for ages and fully intended to leap on with a birthday voucher that had been burning a hole in my pocket. Sadly, it was a one-size-fits-all jobby, and looked ludicrous on me, despite all attempts to convince myself I could make it work. Fortunately for me, this striking tassel number from Next is along the same sort of lines and has the added benefit of coming in sizes that might actually fit me.

This skirt is a seasonal offering from Topshop (of course) that I can already picture with a pair of thick tights and a warm polo neck. Sadly, I recently ran out of all of my skincare products so whimsical fashion purchases are being pushed to the back burner in favour of repurchasing cleanser and toners (first world problems ahoy here sailor). Same goes for this espionage-chic inspired coat from River Island. Maybe next month? Wish me luck on my onward journey. The nautical imagery ends here.
